Mission Statement

To foster, promote and encourage sports, sportsmanship, physical contests, athletic leagues, and athletic institutions, particularly at the juvenile level of age, as a means of building character as well as physical health and well-being among disadvantaged youth in order to fit them more adequately for their future role in society.
